Headband of Holly

A garland of holly, with 1d6 + 1 ruby berries growing from it. As an action, you can pluck a berry to use the magic imbued with it. You gain resistance to Poison and advantage on saves against the Poisoned condition.

After a berry has been used it becomes magically inert, when that happens it becomes a normal ruby worth 25gp.

“It’s said these are made by druids who plant gemstones like plants, and they grow accordingly.”

Olive Branch Staff

Staff, uncommon (requires attunement by a Cleric, Druid or Monk)

This staff can be wielded as a magic Quarterstaff that grants a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. You also get the following ability:

Extend the Olive Branch. When you hit a creature with an attack, after you roll the damage, you can instead forgo damage and offer the end of your staff as a sign of peace. The creature must then succeed a DC 13 Charisma saving throw or be Charmed by you for 24 hours. They have disadvantage on the save if the attack would have reduced them to 0 hit points.

When the Charmed condition ends, the awakened creature chooses whether to remain friendly to you, based on how you treated it while it was Charmed.

“Who says you can’t strong-arm peace?” – Heavy handed peace cleric.

Loop of Lavender

Wonderous item, uncommon

Threaded lavender made into a long necklace and imbued with magic of the feywilds. While wearing this magical item you are immune to being put to sleep magically. In addition, while wearing this and casting the sleep spell you treat the spell as being cast one level higher, even if that would exceed normal spell levels.

“Supposedly lavender originates from the realm of dreams, so while it most grown in the material plane holds no power, it is still a common addition to druid casting.”

Staff of Evergreen

Staff, rare (requires attunement by a Druid)

A tall wooden staff with fir pines growing out it, ivy creeping up it and hemlock flowers blooming always. This staff can be wielded as a magic Quarterstaff that grants a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it.

In addition, when the cantrip Shillelagh is cast on this staff your damage die becomes 1d12 instead of 1d8.

The Staff of the Evergreen also has the following additional Properties. When one of these Properties is used, it can’t be used again until a long rest is completed.

Pine Spikes. As a reaction, when you are hit with an attack, you can stamp your staff onto the ground and cause pine needles to shoot out in a 15ft radius. Each creature, excluding yourself, takes 4d4 piercing damage.

In addition, if they are next to a wall or barrier they must succeed a DC 17 Strength saving throw or have their speed reduced to 0. As the needles pin the target there until the end of their next turn.

Ivy Entanglement. As a reaction, when you are hit with an attack, you can cause the ivy to grow quickly from yours staff and across the surrounding ground. Creatures within 30 feet of you must succeed a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.

If they fail to save by 5 or more, they are also restrained and must attempt the saving throw again at the end of their next turn.

Hemlock Mist. As a reaction, when you are hit with an attack, you may release a poisonous mist to those around you. Creatures within 15 feet of you must succeed a DC 17, Constitution saving throw, or take 3d10 poison damage.

If they fail to save by 5 or more, they are also Poisoned, they may attempt the saving throw again at the end of their next turn.

“Often, when a staff of this kind is crafted, it is done over the course of an entire druidic lifetime. A true work of patience. Once completed it is then passed down to a child or apprentice, the crafter usually never using their own work.”
